CHIV Visuals is a video production and photography brand operated by ELROSE FLOWERS LIMITED, a company registered in Malta (registration number C 109090).
CHIV Visuals is not a separate legal entity. All services are legally provided by ELROSE FLOWERS LIMITED, which is responsible for the processing of personal information described in this policy.

When you submit an enquiry through our website, we collect your name, email address, project type and project description. You may also provide your preferred timing and other relevant information.
Our website form also records technical information, such as your IP address and browser details.
If you contact us directly by email, we process the information you include in your correspondence.

We use your information to respond to enquiries, discuss project requirements, prepare quotations and communicate about potential or confirmed work.
We process this information where necessary to take steps before entering into a contract, fulfil contractual obligations or pursue our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and maintaining website security.
Website enquiries are stored in WordPress using Elementor. Email notifications and correspondence are handled through Gmail, with FluentSMTP used for sending website notifications.
Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing communications.

Some portfolio videos use YouTube. When embedded YouTube content loads, Google may receive information about your device and interaction with the content and may use cookies or similar technologies.

If a proposed project does not proceed, enquiry information is deleted when it is no longer needed. Information relating to confirmed projects may be retained longer where required for contractual, accounting or legal purposes.
Our email system retains technical sending logs for 14 days. Temporary copies of information may also remain in routine website backups until they are replaced or deleted.
We use service providers, including Hostinger for website hosting and Google for email communication. Some information may be processed outside the European Economic Area, subject to applicable data protection safeguards.
We do not sell personal information.
